Opt Out Rights: At any time, you may with-draw your consent to receive calls or text messages from the TitleMax automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice or text message. The best ways to communicate your opt-out choice to TitleMax are by choosing the “opt-out” or “unsubscribe” option on any call you receive or reply “STOP” or “STOP ALL” to any text message you receive.
