We only send text messages to consumers who have opted into the Text Message Program via the Message Me and Cell Verification Form. If you are receiving text messages, at any time, you may with-draw your consent to receive calls or text messages from the TitleMax® automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice or text message. The best ways to communicate your opt-out choice to TitleMax® are by choosing the “opt-out” or “unsubscribe” option on any call you receive or reply “STOP” or “STOP ALL” to any text message you receive. You can also send an email with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call the TitleMax® customer service line at 1-800-804-5368. Please allow 3-5 business days for TitleMax® to process your request.
Available Cash is the difference between your outstanding account balance and the amount qualified for at origination. Available Cash is subject to a vehicle inspection and appraisal. If there changes to your vehicle’s condition since your last appraisal your Available Cash amount may decrease. Available Cash is funded by check and requires a new loan/pawn agreement.
Account approval requires satisfaction of all eligibility requirements, including a possible credit inquiry, and a motor vehicle appraisal. Must be 18 years of age or older, 19 in Alabama. Certain other terms and conditions may apply. See TitleMax® store for additional details.
