Loan/Pawn Products: To receive a loan, you must meet applicable creditworthiness criteria. Subject to state regulations, eligibility, credit check, underwriting and approval. Must meet state database eligibility, where required. Applicant cannot be an active-duty member of the Military, or that person’s spouse or dependent. Funded amounts may vary by state, store, product or based on the results of an ability to repay analysis (where applicable). Rates, terms and conditions apply. All products are not available at all locations. Lending decisions and funding times subject to system limitations. Some applications may require additional verification, which can delay the lending decision. Title [loans/pawns] are subject to minimum auto value requirements. Vehicle and title must be present to complete appraisal where applicable. Certain qualified customers may be eligible for up to $25,000 in certain markets, see store for details.

In Mississippi, maximum approval amount is $3250.00

In Tennessee, maximum approval amount is $6,500, assuming customer qualifies for and accepts both the pledge max of $2,500 and Secured Line of Credit max of $4,000. Motorcycle max (where applicable) up to $2,500 in AZ and for TN pledge; $3,000 in other markets.

Online Title: Self-appraised vehicle amount may be subject to change upon additional review. Online Title application process requires use of our proprietary Fast Track Appraiser™ app. To use the app, applicant must have access to a smartphone with video and audio capabilities, must share their location with the app, and allow the app to use the microphone and camera. Otherwise, you must visit your store for an appraisal. Data rates may apply.

Alabama: Minimum age to apply for secured product is 19.

Nevada: Title loans and high interest loans should be used for short-term financial needs only and not as a long term financial solution. Customers with credit difficulties should seek credit counseling before entering any title loan or high interest loan transaction.

Texas: TitleMax is registered as a Credit Service Organization and licensed as a Credit Access Business to assist customers in obtaining a loan through an unaffiliated third-party lender.

South Carolina: Minimum loan amount is $601 for in-store personal or title-secured loans, $610 for online personal loan.
Funds distributed to the borrower’s debit card or MoneyGram® (when/where available).
