Tennessee Secured Line of Credit

When you use a Secured Line of Credit, you can draw funds from your account up to your approved lending limit. As you repay the loan, credit will once again be available meaning you can borrow, repay, and borrow again until closing your account. A clear title is used to secure the loan, like a Title Pledge. When applying for a Secure Line of Credit in Tennessee, bring the following with you to the TitleMax store:

  • Vehicle
  • Clear Vehicle Title
  • Valid Government-Issued ID

*Only one Line of Credit per customer, inclusive of other lenders. To maintain credit limits, Line of Credit customers are subject to periodic collateral review.

Tennessee Unsecured Line of Credit

To apply for an in-store Unsecured Line of Credit in Tennessee, applicants must provide the following: 

  • A valid government identification such as a passport or a Matricula Consular card 
  • An active bank account statement from within the past 60 days (If recurring deposits aren’t displayed on your active bank statement, you’ll need to show a paystub from within the past 60 days or some other proof of income.)

State of Tennessee Requirements

The second required item is a clear vehicle title, registered in your name, of the car or motorcycle that you plan to use to get your TN title loan. The last item is your valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license. This will be used as confirmation that you are of at least 18 years of age, the legally required age to take out any loan in the state of Tennessee.
