What is an appraisal on a car?

VIEW IN SPANISH
Our appraisal is an assessment of a vehicle to help determine how much you can borrow. An appraisal takes into consideration the car’s production year and mileage as well as its make and model. The overall condition of the vehicle will also have an effect on its appraised value.

Where can I get my car appraised?

We offer appraisals at TitleMax® Appraisals locations, which are conveniently located at a variety of local businesses. These locations are not TitleMax® stores; they’re places where you’re likely to do business or shop frequently already, such as auto care or insurance companies.

How do I find out the value of my car?

The role of TitleMax® Appraisals is to help us determine the amount you can borrow by assessing your vehicle in person and reporting its condition to us. TitleMax® Authorized Appraisers are unable to provide you with information about the actual appraised value of your car or truck.

Once the appraisal is complete, you’ll be able to start the application process for a car title loan or pawn online or by phone. Call (844) 390-1570 to contact one of our experienced representatives, who will then help guide you through the online origination process.

How much do you get for a car title loan?

The amount of money that you can get if approved for a car title loan or pawn depends on several factors, including the results of the vehicle’s appraisal and how much you need. Your loan/pawn amount also must be between the minimum and maximum amounts in your state. For more information regarding how much money you can potentially get from a car title loan or pawn, you’ll need to contact a TitleMax® representative by phone.

Who performs the appraisal?

Appraisals are performed by the TitleMax Authorized Appraiser who works at the business location that offers TitleMax Appraisals.
