We are continuing our commitment to take the necessary precautions to limit the spread of the virus in our store locations across the country. Our #1 priority is the safety of our customers and employees. Our #2 priority is getting you the cash you need when you need it most.

In the states where we do business, according to state/local public health orders, we are part of the financial industry and are considered an essential business, which allows us to continue serving you in our retail stores. We are focused on maintaining a clean and safe environment to help you take care of your financial needs during this unprecedented time.

We have instituted Daily Best Practices in all of our 1100+ locations. These include:  

  • Offering contactless service at all locations
  • Decreased the maximum number of people in a store depending on state/local public health orders.
  • Sanitizing all desk areas between serving each and every customer
  • Following CDC cleanliness and social distancing guidelines.
  • Offering special arrangements for high-risk customers
  • Manager assessment of every Team Member for symptoms/exposure.
  • We have provided masks to our employees to help ensure customer protection

If you are sick, please stay home. To make a payment, please leverage one of our virtual options:

  • TitleMax® Mobile App – Download the TitleMax Appavailable in the App Store and Google Play, and link your account information to check your balance, manage your account, view your payment schedule, payoff amount, as well as store information.
  • Online Customer Portal – You can access your account information online by going to titlemax.com. This is a web-friendly version of the TitleMax App and provides the same easy access to manage your account.
  • Availability via Phone: Our Customer Service Center is available to help answer questions or resolve problems, via phone at 1-800-804-5368.

We have devoted significant resources and efforts to help ensure you continue to experience the same reliable services and access you have come to expect from us. We are constantly monitoring the guidance from the CDC as well as national, state and local public health authorities to keep you safe when you visit us. Stay safe and healthy.
