The Universe Silver® Deposit Account is established by Central Bank of Kansas City, Member FDIC. The Universe Silver® Debit Card is issued by Central Bank of Kansas City pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., Inc. Certain fees, terms, and conditions are associated with the approval, maintenance, and use of the Card. 3 Transactions covered by overdraft protection are debit card transactions. We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction. If we do not authorize and pay a transaction that could overdraw your account, your transaction will be declined. We will charge you a fee of $15 each time we pay a transaction that overdraws your deposit account by more than $15, up to 4 times monthly. The $15 fee will not be charged if your deposit account balance at the end of the day, after all items have posted, is brought back to a positive balance of $0 or greater. Please refer to your Deposit Account Agreement and Fee Schedule for more information and additional details regarding fees.
4 To be eligible for enrollment in Optional Overdraft Protection an initial minimum qualifying direct deposit of $500 is required with a $500 direct deposit monthly thereafter.
5 The Visa Zero Liability Policy does not apply to certain commercial card transactions, any transactions not processed by Visa, or to anonymous prepaid cards (until such time as the identity of the cardholder has been registered with us). You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. For specific restrictions, limitations and other details, please consult your Account Agreement.
